Hotel Rules / Regulations

Dear Guest Thank you for your patronage and giving us the opportunity to be of service to you. We solicit your indulgence in noting the following.
1. Allocation of your room has been done as per availability. Some features can or may vary.
2. Seek your meal coupons from the Front Desk or clarify your meal entitlements at the time of check - in.
3. Check out time is 12 noon while check in time is 13:00 hrs.
4. Your room will be cleaned once during the day, except on the day of departure.
5. The linen in your room is changed every second day. Towels replenished once daily during the service of your room. Tea/Coffee replenishments are also once, during the day.
6. Additional Tea/Coffee can be ordered through the Room Service / Restaurant.
7. A mini – bar is available on request and is chargeable against consumption.
8. Outside Food & Drinks are not allowed in the rooms. A surcharge is applicable on all items brought in for consumption on the premises.
9. No clothes must be washed in the bathrooms or put outside on the balconies to dry.Drying of clothes around the swimming pool is prohibited.
10. The emergency opening of your safe is possible only between 9:00 – 18:00 hrs.
11. The loss of the room key attracts a fee of Rs. 1500/-.
12. Any damage to equipment (deliberate or inadvertent) in the rooms or in Hotel premises would be charged and recovered before departure.
13. The Management does not assume responsibility for loss of valuables left in the room or around the property.
14. Lost and found articles will be the responsibility of the management for a period of 3 months only.
15. The swimming pool is strictly for the use of resident guest only. No outsiders or guests will be permitted.
16. Pools towels for use at the poolside will be provided by the Pool Attendant.
17. Kindly co - operate with us and refrain from taking the bathrobes, pool and bath towels out of the hotel premises.
18. No outsiders/ guests are permitted into the rooms without prior permission of the management.
19. Please maintain decorum and respect the privacy of other guest.
20. Please refrain from playing loud music in the rooms that could disturb other guests.
21. Parking in the adjoining parking lot is at the owner‘s risk.
